listen to us chat on how she built her confidence
One of the ways to be more confident is to go for it! This weekend is the culmination of a year and a half of growth and development for Simone as a finalist in this programme.

Simone challenged herself, asked for help and had a good go at it. It being a programme with components that saw Simone making connections, gathering funds for a need, and developing herself through the challenges. This highlights how challenges and structures give us the opportunity to grow, a fundamental requirement to happiness.
what drove her?
The driving force was a significant birthday, 45. With all her teenage goals met in her life, the big question was: What’s next? There were other questions- how to be more confident? Do I have the strength of my convictions? Do I have the network to see me through the lockdown?
Introspection through journaling, led to agreeing to enter the competition. This led to networking with other businesses like myself, previous friends, and a photographer. This in turn led to making changes as she learnt more about herself, gathering more than 86% of the funds needed for her chosen charity, and putting herself out on social media to raise awareness of autism, mental health and women empowerment. Simone’s confidence grew the more she did, and the more she did, the more her confidence grew.
Hear us chatting as I recognise the person in all of us, wanting to know what is next, and then taking action.
