AboutAfrica meets Beyond Limits: creating wondrous experiences for you
We have joined the Beyonders team!
As Savas Kazantzides of beyond limits of The Boutique Travel and Event Network wrote beautifully:
Heiko Dörgeloh, and his company ABOUT AFRICA operating in Namibia is our newest member, which also includes Pam Miller and our old friend Michelle Bekker who joined the team!
Savvas Kazantzides
We’re thrilled to have you join our alliance, and I must say, Heiko and his team’s approach to success is truly remarkable: Combining singular service, authentic local expertise, and insider access, resulting in discovering the hidden gems of the Namibian landscape.
What impressed me more was their deep-rooted love for Namibia: Walking in the footsteps of legends, unraveling ancient tribal tales, and savoring modern luxury—it’s a testament to their passion
The “experience creation bug” that drives them is precisely the spirit that fuels our alliance, and we can’t wait to embark on this journey together.
Welcome aboard, and let’s continue to create extraordinary moments!
Here’s to an exciting and prosperous partnership and we are welcoming you with open arms.👋😊
Heiko, Michelle and Pam want to make a difference to our country, Namibia. We are passionate about our land, want to share it, but also want to better it. This has driven us to join with the Boutique Travel and Event Collective, with like minded travel organisers. Fulfilling quite a few trends on 2024 Travel trends, we have something for everyone who wants to remember this experience for years to come.
Ultimately we can channel profits into the betterment of Namibia and you can join us in our quest to the best kept secret in Namibia

Astro Tourism trend perfectly matched to Namibia
Namibia is one of the best places in the world to admire the night sky, thanks to its low light pollution and clear atmosphere. You can enjoy the spectacular views of the stars, planets, and constellations from your campfire, or join a tailor-made tour with an expert guide who will show you the secrets of the cosmos. Astro Tourism is a great way to reconnect with nature and yourself and feel the awe and wonder of the universe.
Private Group Travel trends for togetherness with family and friends
Nothing beats travelling with your loved ones, especially after a long period of separation. You can choose your itinerary, pace, and activities, and enjoy the privacy and comfort of your accommodation and transportation. AboutAfrica.co can help you plan and book your perfect group trip, whether it’s a safari, a beach holiday, or a remote, untouched area.
Skip-Gen travel trending since lockdown promises were made
This is a new trend that involves grandparents and grandchildren travelling together, without the parents. SkipGen is a great way to strengthen the bond between generations and create lasting memories. Namibia is an ideal destination for SkipGen, as it offers a variety of activities that suit different ages and interests. You can go on a self drive thrilling safari, see the amazing dunes, visit the ancient rock paintings, or learn about the local culture and history. Or ride through the country on horseback. You can also have fun, relax or indulge in adrenalin sports at the coast, where you can enjoy the sun, sea, and sand.
Back-of-house tours finally trending
This trend allows you to see the behind-the-scenes of your travel destination, and learn how your trip impacts the local community and the ecosystem. With AboutAfrica.co, you can join their conservation safaris, where you can witness the efforts of wildlife protection, anti-poaching, and community development. You can also meet the local staff and guides, and hear their stories and perspectives. You’ll gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of the place you’re visiting, and feel good about making a positive difference. We are about making a difference, and you can see how you are helping create opportunity with your travel.
Plan-free Travel, a trend to surprise and excite
This trend involves letting go of your itinerary and expectations and embracing the element of surprise and adventure. With AboutAfrica.co, you can enjoy plan-free travel by booking their fly-in safaris, flying to remote and untouched Namibia areas where few tourists have ever been. You can discover the country’s hidden gems, such as ancient rock art, the nomadic tribes, or the rare wildlife. You can also relax and enjoy the stunning scenery, without worrying about the logistics or the crowds.
Silent Travel Trend to restore the soul
This trend involves seeking out places and activities that offer tranquility and peace, and avoiding noise and distraction. Namibia is the perfect destination for silent travel, as it has vast open spaces, low population density, and minimal urbanization. You can experience the silence and stillness of the desert, the coast, or the savanna, and feel the connection with nature and yourself. You can also enjoy activities such as yoga, meditation, or stargazing, and enhance your wellbeing and happiness.
These are just some of the travel trends that you can experience with AboutAfrica.co in 2024. AboutAfrica awaits you, with their passion and knowledge to guide you through 2024, experiencing a world that gives so much and will be remembered long afterwards.
